Our client, a leading international provider of digital clinical solutions – turned to us for guidance and help during a critical period of bidding following a run of critical bid losses. Over the past 18 months, we’ve partnered closely to help them to secure NHS contracts totalling over £400 million.
As a global player, our client needed assurance in quality, consistency, and capacity during a crucial phase of growth across the UK. Given that they were facing a significant upcoming pipeline due to an NHS initiative to replace and implement new EPR software across all ICBs over a period of 24 months, they knew that action was needed. Bidding Limited was appointed on a recurring 12 month agreement to provide services across bid strategy, writing, review and more for a single monthly fee.

We implemented our AI-powered bid writing process, leveraging our exclusive partnership with AutoGenAI. This allowed us to rapidly generate high-quality draft responses, freeing up more time for strategic planning, storyboarding, and refinement. Our process shifted the focus, allowing 80% of the timeline to be spent on planning, storyboarding, and reviewing, rather than writing initial drafts.
We also created and managed a tailored bid library for our client, using our dynamic Library Management approach. This allowed for real-time integration of new case studies, CVs, and product information from the client’s various teams. By breaking down traditional silos, we ensured that the most current and relevant information was always available for bids.
Combining this bespoke bid repository with BidVault—our proprietary content library containing 200,000 words of model bid responses, government papers, and industry documents—gave our client a significant competitive edge. Our team of curators regularly updated this content, ensuring access to the latest NHS initiatives, Social Value insights, and more.
