Our client – a leading international provider of digital clinical solutions – turned to us for guidance and help during a critical period of bidding following a run of critical bid losses. Over a period of 18, we partnered closely to help them to secure NHS contracts totalling over £400 million.
As a global player, our client needed assurance in quality, consistency, and capacity during a crucial phase of growth across the UK.
