To kickstart the tender process, we immerse ourselves in your reality at our initial meetings with your key stakeholders. You’ll introduce us to your team, organisation, products and services, and talk to us about your position within your sector and your history in bidding.
Establishing a fundamental understanding of your identity as an organisation is critical to developing the all-important win themes that we’ll weave through your winning bid. We always aim to craft your story with well-considered, insight-driven writing.
Once those win themes have been established, we’ll begin to write compelling responses to the tender questions – always aiming to score optimally against the criteria. Nothing is left to chance, and every aspect of the bid is considered and discussed with a clear plan. Our responses will be informed by your products and services, the tender specifications, the evaluation criteria, competitor research, and our extensive knowledge about how to impress evaluators from our decades of experience.
Our responses undergo a rigorous quality assurance process before being presented to you. Most of our bids are staffed by two to three bid professionals – with consistent critique throughout the process from across the team. We ensure that the fundamentals of the questions are answered with value-add elements, consistent tone, sleek presentation and win themes woven throughout the tender responses.
Once the bid is written, we’ll set up another meeting at a time that suits you where we’ll listen to your comments and feedback. We want to represent your products and services in the best way, so we’ll use this as an opportunity to obtain vital pieces of winning information in the form of additional case studies, data, and statistics. This is designed to push the bid from good to outstanding.
Any amendments from the meetings will be swiftly incorporated and the tender responses will be presented to you as a final draft, ready for submission. We then hand back over to you or submit the tender response on the portal, if you prefer.
